What Is The Law of Attraction?

So what is this Great Universal Law of Attraction? When did all this begin?

It began with the creation of the universe and the creation of thought.

While it's commonly known today as the "L O A" it's been called many other names. This is just a few of the most common names, I’m sure will be able to list more!

Manifestation
The Power of Intention

The Spiritual and Quantum Laws of Attraction

But, when did mankind first become aware of this grand 'magnetic' law? Well, there is evidence to suggest that in recent history people knew about the law of attraction, at least 3000 years ago. Thoth wrote about the LOA on the Emerald Tablets.

It’s unclear how long ago the phrase “Law of Attraction” was first coined but there are early references to this law being spoken of in many religious texts throughout history. Buddha said, “All that we are is the result of what we have thought." Buddha truly understood the universal law. This is a powerful statement. Not only do we create the material things in our lives by what we think, we also create ourselves. Jesus taught the Law of Attraction in the parables when he asked us to believe. He said that we could perform miracles just as he did. If you look at this with the Law of Attraction in mind it seems that in the stories of Jesus he actually supported the miracles in the people around him by giving them the gift of strong belief, and when you understand this you realize they actually healed themselves.

I have read many books on this subject but so far, the one thing that has really helped and given me that "ahh ha!" moment was when I watched "The Secret" on DVD. The most amazing documentary type film is getting such a buzz at the moment. Teachers on it have appeared on major TV networks accross America, on Oprah, Larry King...

Have you ever spent time wondering why many good people continually attract negative situations into their lives while others seem to attract nothing but beautiful situations into theirs. This concept contains power, possibility, and promise if you will use it.

This law clearly states you can only attract to you that which is in harmony with you. Everything in the universe vibrates. That is based on the Law of Vibration. That includes your mind and body. Look at your body through a microscope, it is a mass of energy that is moving and vibrating. Your mind controls the vibration you are in at any given moment. You control your mind by the thoughts you choose. No one can cause you to think something you do not want to think. This is where freedom comes in, this is also where the problem begins with most people. They permit what is happening around them to determine how they think. They have become the play-thing for outside forces.

Ninety percent of the population wish positive but think negative. Their negative thoughts puts them in a negative vibration which by law determines what is attracted into their lives. As a creative individual you will continually attract good things into your life by thinking positive thoughts and expecting the best life has to offer. You deserve it.
